You will need:
One passport-size photograph
Proof of working or studying in Ahmedabad, such as an office ID
card, offer letter, or study fee receipt
A copy of your Aadhaar card
Yes. A one-time admin fee of ₹500 is charged at the
time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
One month’s rent is collected as a security deposit. It is refundable
when you leave, provided you follow the required notice period and
check-out process.
Yes. The deposit is refundable after you serve the required
30-day notice period and settle all outstanding dues.
The deposit cannot be adjusted against your last month’s rent.
Your deposit may not be refundable in cases such as:
You cancel your stay after booking.
You leave without giving proper written 30-day notice.
You repeatedly fail to pay rent and are asked to leave.
You choose a long-duration plan and leave early.
You violate the PG rules and regulations.
No. The security deposit cannot be adjusted against your last month’s
rent. Rent must be paid in full until the end of your notice period,
and the deposit will be refunded separately after the check-out
process.
A 30-day written notice period is mandatory before
vacating the PG. This requirement applies regardless of the reason for
leaving.
Your bed will be reserved for up to 30 days. If you
cancel your stay or delay enrollment beyond this period, the token
amount or deposit may not be refundable.
Rent should normally be paid before the 5th of every month.
In case your company salary is credited late, payment may be allowed
until the 7th, subject to providing a valid salary slip.
A late payment penalty of ₹500 per day may apply.
All pending rent must be cleared by the 15th of the month
at the latest.
Yes. You can choose a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan,
or a down-payment stay option. Depending on the selected plan, your
rent may remain fixed and discounted for that duration.
If you choose a bond or down-payment stay option and leave before the
agreed period, the security deposit may be forfeited, even if you have
served the required notice period.
AC and geyser usage is charged separately at
₹12 per unit, based on actual consumption.
Yes. We offer a morning lunch tiffin option for working professionals
who need to carry lunch to their workplace.
Friends and visitors are not allowed inside resident rooms. However,
residents may meet their guests in designated common areas such as the
office, terrace, or open rooftop dining area.
Yes. Management reserves the right to relocate a resident to another
room, provided the new room is of the same sharing type.
Yes. Daily housekeeping and laundry services are included for
residents.
